These terms govern your use of My Organized Wedding. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. This is a young service, so some things will change — we'll keep this page current.
The service
My Organized Wedding is a tool for planning a wedding together — tasks, a run-of-show, a guest list, RSVPs and a wedding website. It is currently provided free of charge and "as is", and features may change, pause or break as we improve it.
Your account
You sign in with a magic link sent to your email — keep access to that inbox secure. You're responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to help plan.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add — your text, details and photos. You grant us the limited permission needed to host and display that content in order to provide the service (for example, publishing your wedding website to the guests you share it with).
Guest data & acceptable use
You confirm you have a reasonable basis to add the guest details you store, and you agree not to use the service to upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or store people's information without a legitimate reason. Don't attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.
Availability
This is a young service. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we may modify or discontinue features. Please keep your own copy of anything critical.
Payments
Paid plans are shown for later. For now, all features are free and no payment is required. If that changes, we'll make pricing clear before you're charged.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending
You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
